Three-In-One Induction System

FOR THE CHRISTEN EAGLE

SUPERCHARGE YOUR EAGLE FOR EXTRA PERFOMANCE IN AN “EAZY TO INSTALL RAM AIR SYSTEM”

1.        ALTERNATE AIR

1.      Warm inner cowl air for icing and adverse air conditions

2.        FILTERED AIR

1.      K&N efficiency and ease of maintenance (cleaning kit)

3.        RAM AIR

1.      Extra Manifold Pressure created by the forward motion of the aircraft. The faster the aircraft goes the more manifold pressure gain.

2.      Ram Air provides direct air to the fuel servo creating a SUPERCHARGER EFFECT. No pressure loss due to turns or filters.

3.      Adds more than 1 inch of manifold pressure at cruise settings resulting in better FUEL ECONOMY at higher altitudes.

All these advantages are in a bolt on package that should install in less time than it takes to remove and replace the cowlings. The remote cable is purchased separately from Aircraft Spruce.

EAZE OF INSTALLATION:

Installation requires that the original inner fiberglass filter box be removed and a small clearance hole cut in the original cowl for the new filter canister. The original filter cover is discarded. Use the original nut plates to install the new cover plate. Back drilling the nut plates will locate the new holes in the new scoop.

Reinstall the cowl without the new scoop. Cut and fit the 1/4in. wet suit material that provides the filler between the supplied 3” aluminum tube and the polished aluminum inlet in the new scoop. A ¼ in. gap between the aluminum tube and the polished ring is recommended. The wet suit and Goop Glue is provided to help this procedure.

Install the outer scoop and make sure the wet suit material is flush.

The ram air is used in clean air and filtered air is used for taxi and take-off.

Complete bolt on package price is $1200 plus S&H
